There are two main drives behined the design of the Karin Dom building: The first is the significance of the Karin Dom building itself as a social hub, whose form and inner spaces bring comfort and peace, helping the users to reach inner tranquility and vitality (clarity of space and form). The second is the reflection of the two main challenges of the site, preserving the maximum number of existing trees, and the site’s only one entrance at its corner. the utilization of the existing trees to maximize their preservation, and conveniently locating the different entrances for the building both drives together in harmony to create a unique experience.
