Responsibilities & Duties
- Understand company needs to define system specifications.
- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution.
- Communicate system requirements to software development teams.
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
- Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members.
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions.
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
- Review, coordinate and manage the creation of BIM (Building Information Models) for all new projects.
- Perform regular updating of the BIM model.
- Collaborate with the Scheduling department to build and maintain the BIM model.
- Manage the various 3D model disciplines, review model quality and technical content including clash detection.
- Manage and coordinate external 3D presentations to clients.
Job Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- High proficiency in the use of Revit and BIM platforms; familiarity with AutoCAD a plus experience preparing BOQ and Material Take off using REVIT / BIM Software.
- Experience Making furniture, equipment, and finishing schedules.
- Basic knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Shop drawing experience in commercial projects.
- Technical office experience in commercial projects.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience 4-6 years in the consultancy field.
- Very good skills in coordination and review of design working drawings/BOQ and specs in all disciplines
- Familiar using different building codes (EGYPTIAN CODES FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS/ Saudi Buildings Code).
- Perfect in Revit, AutoCAD and MS office/project.
