We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of Interior Designer. The Interior Designer’s Key Responsibilities: “please read carefully”
Commit to our pipeline workflow:

1. Concept Stage:
   • Search reference images, design ideas. “With design director guide-lines”.
   • Create mood / material board & select furniture pieces.
2. Design Stage:
   • Convert separate ideas into ONE design. “With design director guide-lines”.
   • Sketch, draft design ideas on interior elevations.
3. Modeling Stage:
   • Basic Knowledge of BIM Archicad / Revit.
   • Advanced modeling skills in 3dsMax (wall, floor, ceiling & all in between).
4. Assist in Lighting, Shading, Composition & Post-Production.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications:

• BS degree in Architectural or similar.
• 3:5 years’ experience in 3D visualization.
• Knowledge of building materials, furniture and appliances.

• Strong problem-solving ability and creative thinking.
• Project management skills.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  Proficiency in the following software packages is a must:
• 3dsMax.
• Corona.
• AutoCAD.
• Archicad or Revit or Sketch-up.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
