TECHNICAL ARCHITECT Team Leader
We are looking for leader, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of Technical Architect Team Leader.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee and manage the technical office operations, ensuring efficient coordination and collaboration among the team members.
- Lead a team of technical architect and collaborative work environment.
- Define the tasks of his/her team and take the team functional responsibility.
- Keep track of the team’s tasks and ensure that projects are delivered with the required specifications and on time.
- Review project plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design management, to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulations related to facade design and construction.
- Foster a positive team culture through team-building activities, regular meetings, and open communication.
- Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a sense of unity among team members.
- Regularly conduct performance reviews to assess individual performance, set goals, and establish development plans for each team member.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate training programs or workshops to bridge those gaps, ensuring that the team remains up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Break down company goals into actionable targets for the technical team.
- Clearly communicate these goals to team members and ensure they understand how their individual contributions impact the achievement of these targets.
- Continuously assess the relevance of existing KPIs and adjust as needed to ensure they remain aligned with the company’s evolving goals and the changing industry landscape.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience 4-6 years in the consultancy field.
- Very good skills in coordination and review of design working drawings/BOQ and specs in all disciplines
- Familiar using different building codes (EGYPTIAN CODES FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS/ Saudi Buildings Code).
- Perfect in Revit, AutoCAD and MS office/project.
