The Project located In Al Madenah, Saudi Arabia, on 390 m2. The challenge was to make the building adaptable with hot weather and desert nature and making the best zoning of customer requirements according to the common wind and sun which leads us to create gradual courtyard on north-west side to give all spaces view and good ventilation.
The second challenge was land contouring it was 3 meters below street level that’s offer us the idea to make basement floor to obey contour lines and make three separated entrances to the project, one to the men majils in the basement as a privacy, second one to the kitchen as services entrance, and finally the main entrance in ground floor to the reception.
